Global Skills strives to proactively establish meaningful and targeted partnerships with industry groups, employers, other employment service providers, recruitment firms, local and state authorities and community based organisations. Each partnership and collaboration is identified and developed with a clear purpose, shared vision and mutual benefit. Our collaborations develop into sustainable and productive working relationships that compliment and strengthen outcomes for job seekers, employers and our community.

Global Skills key partnerships include:

  • Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES) – Workplace Support, Mentoring & Recruitment for Aboriginal job seekers
  • headspace & Likemind (Uniting Mental Health) – Vocational Consortium Partnership to support job seekers with mental health support needs
  • Bright Employment – Employer & industry led hospitality and cleaning training for refugees & migrants
  • TAFE NSW – Accredited Training partner for industry and employer led pre-employment programs
  • ISS – Employer led training & work experience for cleaning industry
  • Fitted for Work & Dress for Success – Referral pathway for work presentation & mentoring for women
  • The Burger Project – Employer led training for the hospitality industry in partnership with TAFE NSW
  • Diversity Dimensions – Employer led training for Aboriginal job seekers for the retail industry
  • Productivity Bootcamp – Training Provider delivering onsite construction training for youth job seekers
  • PHaMs Employment – Joint on-site servicing with Macarthur Disability Services in South Western Sydney
  • Benchmark College – Accredited Training partner for Global Skills Administration Trainees 
  • Thrive Recruitment & Training Employer led Accredited Training partner for the hospitality industry
