Happy #HarmonyDay! Today, as Global Skills celebrates diversity, we’re reminded of the continuing theme: #EveryoneBelongs. From the oldest continuous culture of our first Australians to the cultures of our newest arrivals from around the world, Australia’s strength lies in its rich cultural diversity.

At Global Skills, this diversity is echoed across our sites. Our team is made up of people from many backgrounds and we collectively speak over 36 languages. We value each team member’s unique perspective and talents, which enhances our support for job seekers, employers, and the wider community.

In 2021, Global Skills proudly joined the ‘Racism. It stops with me’ campaign. As Harmony Day aligns with the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, today we reaffirm our commitment to combating racism in all its forms.

Throughout our sites, our team is wearing orange and this morning shared a morning tea, to celebrate the diversity that makes Australia unique.
