Congratulations to all job seekers who recently completed their Certificate III in Business at Global Skills St Marys. A big thank you to the National College of Vocational Education (NCVE) for delivering this face-to-face course and for the extra training support for our job seekers throughout the course.

Over the past 13 weeks, participants have gained essential knowledge and skills to prepare them for office administration roles across various industries. Our students learned about business administration, record-keeping, financial management, marketing techniques, customer service, enhancing their communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. This course also provided an excellent opportunity for some students to use towards their Work Development Orders. All graduates shared that they enjoyed the course, felt comfortable throughout the training and would consider completing further study in the future. All graduates have been introduced to our Employer Marketers who will identify potential employers to help them secure employment. We look forward to supporting these graduates as they progress and transition into their new careers.
