With Wait Times Under a Minute, Our Customer Support Team is Here to Help
We are excited to announce that Global Skills’ Customer Support Centre (CSC) is now available for all job seekers, employers and community stakeholders to access.
Our CSC is staffed by a dedicated team of Customer Support Officers, all with employment service and customer service experience.
With wait times under a minute, our team can help with all Transition to Work, Disability Employment, Workforce Australia and Career Transition Assistance service related enquiries. We encourage businesses to also access this service to be connected to our Employer Liaison Team to source and support candidates for their organisations.

Our team receives a great number of calls each day with wait times under a minute. If things get a little busier than expected, you can hold your place in the queue, request a call back and not have to wait on hold.
