Global Skills Connects with Refugee and Migrant Job Seekers in Fairfield
Today, an excited group of Global Skills staff had the opportunity to connect with migrant and refugee job seekers at the Pathways to Employment Expo in Fairfield.
Global Skills Senior Development Manager Nancy Matta said, “As an employment service supporting culturally and linguistically diverse job seekers, Global Skills understands the important role employment plays in successful settlement in Australia. It was a privilege to participate in this event with a focus on improving employment outcomes for refugee and migrant job seekers in the Fairfield area.”
Global Skills is proud of our service history and staff who support the diverse and vibrant communities across South West Sydney, especially of note that our frontline staff speak more than 36 languages across our regions.
The event was organised by the Fairfield Emerging Communities Action Partnership (FECAP) on which Global Skills is the nominated Employment Service Representative.
