Global Skills wants to thank everyone who came out and participated in our youth event yesterday. It was great to see so many young people come together to connect, explore opportunities, learn and have some fun.
The event was a huge success with our young people having the opportunity to network with local youth services and explore education and employment opportunities. The art sessions were a big hit and we were blown away by the creativity of everyone who participated. Games were played and pizza was enjoyed.
We also want to give a special shout-out to, Lake Haven Recreation Centre, Central Coast Group Training (CCGT), Regional Youth Support Services (RYSS), Central Coast Community College, CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay and Bara Barang Corporation Ltd. Your support and participation were integral to the success of the event, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
And lastly, we want to take a moment to recognise and thank our incredible Transition to Work (TtW) Performance Manager, Chloe and our TtW team for their efforts in ensuring the day was a success. Thank you for your dedication, passion and commitment to supporting our local young people.
