Congratulations to the Transition to Work job seekers who completed the Resilience Challenge Workshop at Global Skills Wyong, with thanks to the Iris Foundation and Local Jobs Program Sydney North and West.
The workshop focused on building resilience and improving mental wellbeing. Participants learned how to recognise their own resilience, understand its importance, and how it connects to key employability skills. They also gained practical tools to help them cope with challenges, both in the workplace and in everyday life.
Each participant received a Certificate of Completion and 3 months’ access to the Driven Resilience App – a program designed to help individuals manage stress and build long-term resilience.
One of the participants, Ethan, said: “This training was incredibly helpful. It’s something all young people should have the opportunity to do.”
We are excited to see how these new skills will support our young people on their employment journey and contribute to their success.
